First Day of Practice for the Dolphin Pod Squad

This year we have created a practice group specifically for our 6 and 7 year old swimmers
- "The Dolphin Pod Squad." This practice group will meet on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Friday. The Dolphin Pod Squad will have dedicated coaches and will focus on learning all four strokes, refining stroke technique, and building endurance. |
